By booking a session at Body Bliss Retreat, you agree to follow our professional standards designed for your safety and comfort.
Our Service Agreement
1. Professional Conduct
Body Bliss Retreat is a professional health and wellness center in DHA Phase 6. We have zero tolerance for any inappropriate behavior, comments, or gestures toward our staff. Any such actions will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund and a permanent ban.
2. Booking & Punctuality
We value your time and our therapists' schedules. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to ensure our next VIP client is not delayed.
3. Health Disclosure
It is the client's responsibility to inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent injuries. Our therapies are for relaxation and recovery; however, we are not a medical facility and do not treat chronic diseases.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your VIP slot, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another resident of Lahore on our waiting list.
5. Right of Admission
Our management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances, or anyone who does not follow our center's ethics.
